Ingredients [for 2 people]
Pancake mix...150g
Egg: 1 Water: 150ml
Whipped cream (pre-whipped)...220ml
1 pack of your favorite cut fruits (depending on the size you like)
How to make it
1. Mix the hot cake mix, eggs, and water and make the batter according to the instructions on the hot cake mix package.
2. Preheat a flat plate and spread 2 tablespoons of batter evenly. Cover with a corrugated plate and bake for 2 minutes on low heat. Once it has solidified, flip the batter over and bake for about 1 minute.
3. Collect the baked dough and let it cool. Once cooled, spread a thin layer of whipped cream evenly on top, top with an appropriate amount of cut fruit, roll it up and it's done.
