Credit card and bank transfer
After the product is shipped and payment is confirmed on the system, we can issue an electronic receipt in PDF format. If you would like one, please contact us by email or chat with your order number, the name of the person who placed the order, and the desired address (email: contact@limon.co.jp).
*Please note that the addressee cannot be changed after issuance.
When using a coupon
If the payment amount becomes 0 yen after using the coupon, it cannot be issued.
Notes on issuing receipts
・We cannot issue multiple receipts (such as splitting the product price or issuing two receipts with different recipients).
・In order to prevent duplicate issuance of receipts, as a general rule we do not issue receipts from our store.
・We do not issue handwritten receipts.
