Olive oil... a suitable amount Garlic... 1 clove Mushrooms... 3 Asparagus... 1 Peeled shrimp (small)... 6 Salt and pepper... a suitable amount
How to make it
1. Finely chop the garlic. Slice the mushrooms thinly and cut the asparagus into quarters.
2. Add olive oil to a flat plate until it is 1/3 of the way up. Heat on medium heat until bubbles appear, then add the garlic. When it floats, add the mushrooms, asparagus, and peeled shrimp in that order.
3. When the peeled shrimp change color, flip them over and when both have changed color, they're done!
