Sauteed vegetables and chicken

Ingredients [1 serving]

Chicken breast (cut into 5cm cubes)・・・1/2 Onion (<sliced)・・・1/8 Mixed beans (boiled)・・・2 tablespoons
Garlic (with skin) - 1 clove Herbs (thyme, rosemary) - to taste Olive oil - a little

How to make it

1. Apply a thin layer of olive oil to a preheated corrugated plate, add the garlic, onion, and chicken breast skin-side down, and cook uncovered over low heat for about 3 minutes.

2. Turn the chicken over, sprinkle with herbs to taste, and add the mixed beans. Cover with a flat plate and cook for about 3 minutes.
